‘B fine, eat smart’. The brand proposes a new sustainable concept for eating, combining healthy living, delicious food and urban speed. From a menu system that allows diners to focus on their nutritional goals, to the packaging of the healthy meals, the eating process is reinvented. The flagship store in Zürich follows the same fresh and attractive credo: a scientific approach translated into fast and seductive architecture.

The point of sale is organized functionally: a minimal high-tech kitchen and a generous open room organized with long tables encouraging a quick chat over lunch. White Corian furniture, reflective glazed panels, fresh colors and natural oak wood confer a clean and warm atmosphere. The furniture is seductive and multifunctional, with windows hydraulically opening the restaurant to street life in the summer. The design process not only included planning and interiors, but was a collaboration with the client to develop the brand image, graphics and food display.
